H.Mustafa Natsir "BRI Takalar Tak Bisa Perlihatkan Bukti Akad Kreditnya"
Media Indonesia Hebat, Kasus Kredit dalam dunia perbankan yang di hadapi H.Mustafa Natsir Dg Nai (Toko Armus) sampai sejauh ini dirinya merasa sangat dirugikan oleh BANK BRI Cab Takalar. Ini kejahatan perbankan yang menimpa saya, tandasnya.
Dirinya dibebankan ada utang yang mencapai 2 Millayar dari BANK BRI Takalar. Pada hal sama sekali tak perna mengajukan akad kredit setelah lunas kreditnya tahun 2002. Tapi mengapa tiba-tiba dibebankan utang yang sama sekali tak perna melihat apalagi mencairkannya.
Kasus ini sangat mengganggu ketenangan diri dan keluarganya, setelah bergulir di persidangan. Upaya naik banding melalui kuasa hukumnya pun masih menunggu putusan.
Mereka digiring ke kasus perdata, pada hal dirinya melamporkan pihak BRI ke pihak berwajib Polres Takalar. Tapi mengapa dibelakangan berbuntut di pengadilan. Pada hal hanya berawal dari pengambilan kredit tanggal 2 Pepruari 1999 sebesar Rp 50.000.000.
Dalam perjalanan waktu, mereka lancar membayar sampai akhirnya lunas pada tanggal 26-7-2002. Namun anehnya, di tahun 2002 pihak BRI mengklaim memberikan pinjaman sebesar 150 juta, tanpa persetujuan dirinya.
Saya tidak perna merasa mendapatkan kredit dari BRI Takalar, karena pada dasarnya tidak perna mengajukan akad kredit ke BANK setelah lunas kreditnya di tahun 2002.
Yanģ lebih mengagetkan lagi, karena tiba-tiba membengkak utangnya sebesar Rp 2 Millayar sampai tahun 2015, menurut hitungan BANK. Pada hal, sama sekali tak perna memohon akad kredit ke pihak BANK BRI Takalar.
Sementara pihak BRI Takalar bersih kukuh yang katanya saya punya utang, pada hal tidak perna mengajukan permohonan akad kredit secara beturut-turut sampai mencapai Rp 2 Milyar.
Sementara bukti pengajuan akad kredit yang harusnya ada berikut tanda tangan istri dan saya, mengapa pihak BRI tak bisa memperlihatkan kepada saya, baik di polisi maupun dalam persidangan, tandas H.Mustafa.
Kalau begini sistim BANK caranya bekerja, maka rakyat akan mati pelan-pelan. Termasuk dunia usaha akan gulung tikar. Masak orang bisa membengkak utangnya tanpa bukti akad kredit yang diajukan.
Saya tidak perna mengajukan permohonan kredit, setelah pengajuan pertama di tahun 1999 dan itu sudah lama lunas. kok tiba-tiba saya di nyatakan berutang ? bebernya lagi.
Untuk itu, saya mohon kepada pihak BANK BRI agar memperlihatkan bukti permohonan pengajuan akad kredit berikut tanda tangan saya dan istri saya yang dari tahun 2002 sampai tahun 2015.
Mengambil uang atau pengajukan permohonan kredit kan nanti syah kalau ada uangnya cair lalu membubuhi tanda tangan suami istri. BRI hanya berbicara katanya dan katanya, tak ada bukti permohonan akad kredit dari saya maupun dari istri yang saya tanda tangani, ungkapnya.
Menurutnya, bukan tidak mau membayar kalau dianggap ada utang karena mengambil kredit. Hanya saja, saya butuh bukti dan minta keadilan dimana bukti-buktinya bahwa perna mengajukan akad kredit secara tertulis ke pihak Bank sebagai mana yang dituduhkan kepada saya.
Karena sampai sekarang dirinya tak perna mengajukan akad kredit secara berturut-turut dari tahun 2000(150 jt) 2002(150jt)-2004(100 jt)-2006(250 jt)-2007(100 jt)-2008(150 jt)-2009(500 jt)-2010(250 jt)-2013(250 jt) yang mencapai angka 2 Milyar, ujar H. Mustafa Natsir kepada wartawan baru-baru ini.
Rincian pengambilan uang dari tahun ke tahun versi BRI diatas berikut dengan jumlah uang semakin membingungkan dirinya. Karena sama sekali tak perna melihat apalagi menerimahnya.
Jumlahnya yang mencapai 2 milayar. BRI Takalar harus bertanggung-jawab karena sampai sekarang saya tidak perna menerima pencairan uang kas, sebagai mana yang dituduhkan BANK.
Sampai kapanpun dia akan menuntut keadilan dan pertanggung-jawaban dari BRI, saya ingin lihat pengajuan/permohonan kredit berikut tanda tangannya bersama istri , beber Mustafa.
Sampai saat ini, pihak BRI sama sekali tidak bisa memperlihatkan kepada dirinya bukti-bukti pengajuan akad kredit. Termasuk dokumen tanda tangan sebagaimana biasanya nasabah ketika cair kreditnya di BANK, tanda tangan istri dan suami ikut dibubuhi.
Akad Kredit yang dialamatkan kepadanya dalam jumlah uang yang begitu besar, masa tidak ada tanda tangan setelah didahului ada pengajuan kredit dari saya, sebagai penerima ? tegas pemilik Toko Armus ini.
Saya berharap BANK BRI Cab Takalar bertanggung-jawab atas kasus yang menimpa dirinya. Tidak ada permohonan kredit ke Bank tapi mengapa di katakan saya berutang. Apalagi saya tidak perna menerima pencairan uang kredit sejak kredit saya lunas tahun 2002 lalu.
Sementara dari pihak BRI Takalar yang berusaha di konfirmasi mengatakan bahwa ada bukti akad kredit yang diajukan ke BANK, ujar Agus Musyanto di kantornya mewakili Pinca BRI Takalar. Menurutnya lagi, ada perjanjian setiap tahunnya termasuk ada uang kas yang cair dan diambil oleh yang bersangkutan.
Bahkan setiap tahun sebagaimana permintaannya, ujar Agus Musyanto bagian kredit BRI Takalar. Ditanya tentang bukti pengajuan Akad kredit H.Mustafa Natsir, Agus hanya menjawab ada sama yang bersangkutan, bebernya kepada wartawan.
Kami ini yang digugat oleh Pak Mustafa Natsir, mana mungkin bisa cair kredit kalau tak ada permintaan dari yang bersangkutan, ada bukti-bukti sama mereka, beber Agus diruang tamu saat di konfirmasi di Kantor BRI, Rabu 1/3.
